With just a few days until we announce the Quarter-Finalists for our Spring competition, we’re excited to be opening up submissions for the next one! Ladies and gentlemen, the WriteMovies Fall 2019 Screenwriting Contest is now open!
This contest is another chance for you to win great prizes from WriteMovies, with a Grand Prize of $2000 for the winner plus guaranteed pitching to industry and a year of free script development for the top three scripts.
And if that’s not enough to get you excited, we’re also launching another special prize! Following the success of the inaugural WriteMovies Sci-Fi and Fantasy Award, won by Mark Flood for THE TIME-TRAP, we’re starting up an award for a different genre.
We’ll be announcing more details about that soon, but as with the last award, entrants will get free entry to the WriteMovies Fall 2019 Screenwriting Contest. What’s the genre, you ask? Well, we don’t want to give too much away just yet – but if you want a clue, we plan to announce the winner on October 31st…
And that date is no coincidence!
