How to information for writers and screenwriters

Hi everyone!

Many of my earliest memories involve wanting to be in the movies.

I attended private drama academies in my junior and senior years at high school and hold a Communications/ Film and Television Production B.A., with a Minor in Literature and Religion.

I also received more than enough backstage experience with both local and professional theater and assisted in the production of both student and feature films until someone said to me "Why would you want to carry cables around behind sweaty, hairy forty year old guys when you could be a writer?". I have a day job, still, and live in a picturesque seaside town on the West Coast of the USA with alot of hidden wealth (not mine!).

Age 38. Two cats who adore me. I rent a little writer's cottage, otherwise known as a "shed".

So far I have written one television script and two feature screenplays -- one of which is my masterpiece and requires all the upkeep and attention. I do have upcoming script; it's fully researched but takes place in Russia during WWII, so the actual writing of it will happen whenever I GET to Russia.

My goal is to participate in helping to change the world, by giving people the power to realise their dreams of peace, harmony and prosperity in balance with the rest of creation.
